Key changes from Gemini to OpenRouter:

✅ Authentication changed from API key in URL to Bearer token
✅ Request format changed to OpenRouter's chat completions format
✅ Image handling adapted for OpenRouter's vision capabilities
✅ Added API key input field for user configuration

Usage Instructions

To use the OpenRouter Qwen3 VL workflow:

Open the temp/OpenRouter_Qwen3_VL.html file in a browser
Enter your OpenRouter API key (get it from OpenRouter Dashboard)
Upload one or more images (JPG, PNG, WEBP)
Optionally add a specific question in the text area
Click "Get Expert Opinion" to analyze the images
